What is a Digital Dialog? It’s our term for communicating electronically with your customers or prospects. As the internet evolves, social media - or Web 2.0 - becomes a prominant means of public discussion and community. Millions communicate electronically through community websites, and today, the internet is the leading source for information, goods and services. Not everyone is ready to buy when they begin the search. Beginning a digital dialog allows you to stay in contact with your prospects, in hopes they will turn to you when ready to purchase.

As the manufacturer, you are the expert for your product. Your website should be informative, and establish you as such. A good portion of your website traffic will be internet users on fact-finding missions. The goal is to convince a visitor who lands on your website to provide their contact information in order to receive something of value – it could be a white paper for instance.
